Shop Products: If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-customized) item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom & Engraved Items: Because these are made specifically for you, all custom and engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours. We will make it right—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
Due to the inherent properties of the various types of reclaimed wood materials being used to handcraft this product, obvious variations including but not limited to grain patterns, knots, cracks and/or splits, holes, texture, existence of nails and color will be apparent from piece to piece.
Each piece of wood will accept stain and/or clear protective finish a little differently, so please be aware that the actual color of your piece may not look exactly as it appears in the pictures of this listing.
