Shipping & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all standard & small custom orders within the U.S. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Large custom orders may require a shipping fee. This will be discussed at time of order.

Carrier Info: We primarily ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size of the item. You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves the woodshed.
Processing & Lead Times
Every item at MoJoe’s is handmade, which takes time to do right.

Standard Products: These typically ship within 5-10 business days but may vary depending on the individual product or size of the order.

Custom Furniture & Builds: Due to the nature of custom builds, lead times typically range from 4–6 weeks. We will provide a more specific estimated completion date when your order is placed.

Note on Nature: Since we work with natural materials like Eastern Red Cedar and reclaimed wood, slight delays can occur due to wood drying or sourcing unique branch handles. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Custom Orders

The Process: For large custom projects (like TV stands or arched gates), we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work and secure your materials.

Final Approval: For highly specific custom engravings or builds, we will send a photo for your final "thumbs up" before we apply the finish and ship it out.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your piece of MoJoe’s Wood Shed.

Standard Items: If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-customized) item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom & Engraved Items: Because these are made specifically for you, all custom and engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours. We will make it right—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
